Mabintou is the founder of Kolley & Co. a boutique design agency. She previously co-founded Forbes and Net-A-Porter featured agency Clamp Digital, with personal clients such as Adidas and Google during her career as a designer. Her commitment to digital design & technology has earned her a place on the Makers Women in Software Power List and a role as a judge at the D&AD New Blood Awards. She has also shared her expertise as a speaker at two of the best universities in the world; Cambridge University and Imperial College, as well as several other world renowned educational institutions. She has spoken on panels at the likes of Soho House and UK Black Business Show, imparting her knowledge to brands such as TikTok, Nike and PepsiCo.

She currently leads design as a senior product designer at SANS Institute, the world’s most trusted cybersecurity training community.
